import vat & handling fees for eu customers

Items imported into the EU valued at €22 or less are no longer VAT-exempt. All goods sent from GB to EU consumers—whether through online marketplaces or direct sales—are now subject to local VAT in the customer’s country.

If you're an EU customer, your order will be shipped as 'Delivered Duties Unpaid' (DDU). This means you may need to pay import VAT, possible customs duties, and a handling fee upon delivery. Charges vary by country, item type, and value.

I am currently working hard to set up my Etsy store which handles the VAT and will be included during checkout. This means you will not need to pay any import VAT in the receiving country.

I must stress that you are responsible for any import VAT, taxes and fees. You will need to pay these when the goods are imported into the EU. This may result in severe delays and packages could be held at customs.

To support sustainability, some packages include recycled cardboard backing for art prints. We encourage you to reuse or recycle it! Our backing cards are also designed to double as mini prints, bookmarks, or decor—so feel free to keep and enjoy them.

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes I offer worldwide shipping where possible!

2. What type of shipping do you offer?

I  offer two types of shipping, both with Royal Mail UK

Standard Shipping - no tracking is available and will approximately take 6-7 business days for international shipping.

Tracked Shipping - a tracking code will be provided and you may track your parcel via Royal Mail UK. It will approximately take 5-7 business days for international tracked shipping.

3.  How long will it take for my order to arrive?

♡ Domestic: 2 business days

♡ International: 5-7 business days

Estimated delivery times by country are shown at checkout based on your selected shipping method. You won’t be charged until you place your order. Please note: delivery times may vary and are subject to customs delays.

4. What if my mail gets lost?

For added security, I strongly recommend tracked shipping. I am unable take responsibility for lost untracked mail and cannot offer free replacements or refunds for delays caused by external factors like customs, weather, or shipping demand.

5. How much does shipping cost?

The shipping price will depend on each country and types of products you wish to purchase. Generally, flat items such as stickers and art prints will incur a lower shipping fee as the items are lighter and less bulky.

 

To check the price of your shipping, you can enter your address on the checkout page. Don’t worry, you will not be charged until you officially place your order. ٩(。•́‿•̀。)۶

6. Will there be any import taxes or handling fees I must pay?

If you are purchasing from the EU, please read the important notice at the top of the page regarding import VAT.

 

Please be aware of your country’s customs and duty fees that may be applied in your receiving country. Any import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These will be the buyer’s responsibility. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

7. My package has arrived damaged, what do I do?

I am extremely sorry if your package arrived damaged — I understand how disappointing that can be. While shipping issues during transit are out of my control, I always do my best to pack items carefully to minimize the risk of damage. Thank you for understanding.

1. When will my items be sent out?

Please allow 2-4 business days to process (depending on volume of orders), package and ship out your order. I am currently a one-man team, hope you can understand :)

 

2. My items still haven't arrived, can you please check for me?

Unfortunately if you didn’t purchase tracking, I’m unable to assist with lost or delayed packages. Customs can hold items for weeks or even months, or return them to me. Refunds or reships are only available with tracked shipping. If you did opt for tracking, you can follow your parcel via Royal Mail UK.

 

3. What is my tracking number?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

 

4.  Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

All sales are final, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.



5. I have accidentally ordered the wrong item and would like to cancel and re-order, is that possibe? 

Yes, please do contact me directly and let me know your order number. I will be able to give you a refund for you to place the order again :)

6. There is something wrong with my order, what do I do? 

Please send me a message along with your order number in the Contacts section, I will help you through there. (っ˘ω˘ς )

7. An item is out of stock, when will they be available again?

Please click to be notified when an item is out of stock! If an item comes back, you should receive an email. You may also become a member of my website and get notified sooner. I will also make announcements regularly on my Instagram.

8. Do you take custom orders or comissions?

Unfortunately I am not accepting any commissions at the moment, sorry! If you have any business related enquires, please contact me directly. Thank you!
